Description

PolyFelt™ Filter Fabric is a lightweight continuous spunbond polyester geotextile fabric that is used in all Roofscapes® Protected Membrane Roof (PMR) and other green roof assemblies as a filtration and separation mat between the stone/ gravel ballast and insulation. Designed for superior strength-to-weight ratio, PolyFelt™ Filter Fabric is installed directly on the insulation to protect it from UV degradation, as well as preventing the ballast and growing medium from entering the joints and potentially clogging the drainage paths.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

Should be overlapped a minimum of 12”, turn up above overburden at all perimeters and fasten immediately after installation. Any protruding fabric after overburden has been installed should be removed.
