Roofscapes® Sedum Cuttings are made up of a blend of unrooted cuttings that have been machine-harvested from mature, regionally sourced sedum plants for use in various green roof applications.
Roofscapes® Sedum Cuttings are made up of a blend of unrooted cuttings that have been machine-harvested from mature, regionally sourced sedum plants for use in various green roof applications. These cuttings are harvested twice annually—once in the spring and again in the fall. It is recommended that all cuttings are installed during the growing season, typically March 15th through October 1st.
Available in a wide variety of species, Roofscapes® Sedum cuttings are ideal for Barrett’s Terra-SCAPES™ Extensive, Modular, Lawn, and Urban Agriculture assemblies.

APPLICATIONS:

Level growing media with a large rake.

Hand cast cuttings directly over freshly wetted growth media at specified rate according to layout drawings. Roofscapes® Erosion Control Blanket or Roofscapes® Liquid Erosion Control can be placed over the cuttings if desired.

Water thoroughly; Overhead watering twice daily during first two weeks after planting and once a week for the next 4-8 weeks to aid in root establishment. Water more frequently during extended periods of hot, dry weather conditions.

Provide hand weeding as necessary.
